Founded in 1973, Kolkata DTRTI is also engaged to impart all-inclusive training to the candidates elected through the recruitment exam. Established in 1973, DTRTI Bangalore is the right hand of the Indian Income Tax Department. The institute work under the guidelines of NADT (National Academy of Direct Taxes), Nagpur and cover 4 states – Goa, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Established in the year 2003, the institute hold – training sessions for 60 working days, Orientation program of 10 working days, Induction program for new enrolments, computer basics and Information Technology Division (ITD) applications for Inspectors and finally specialized courses crafted specifically for inspectors needing training on Investigation techniques and assessment.
